4 Masks on One Page? Someone stop me! I'm a Mask Fool!!
I went crazy using photo masks on this page. I have 3 masks under the photo. One in red and 2 different ones in gray. Then I used a photo mask on the curvy zigzag paper on the left side too.
Hey, Kim, let's get together and have a lesson on grouping clusters. It will be fun!

All Played Out
When I saw this photo of my grandson, my heart just melted. I knew it was worthy of a scrapbook page all to itself.
Photo Masks are Endless!
I have discovered that I can use any embellishment shape to make a photo mask.
On these 2 pages, I used a frame and a cluster as photo masks and then went looking for papers in the colors/ patterns I wanted. A little more time consuming but so simple to do. And the possibilities are endless!

New Kit Fun!
I used one of the photo masks that Becky made on the dotted paper. It made it a lot easier to get the curved edge. Love the masks, Becky. Thanks!

New Kit, New Fun!
I learned how to make my own masks today, girls. I'm pretty excited about that. Have you ever seen scrapbook pages that have background papers with a wavy edge? Now we can make our own papers with a waved edge by using photo masks. One day we will have a class on how to use photo masks!
The photo mask I used on this page was on the tan polkadot curved edge background paper.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE PAGES
Here is the other half of the Buried Treasure two page spread. These two pages are two of my early ones after I learned how to use the masks.
Simple page I did for Kathy to hang on her wall.
Love this one! Allison did, too!

The Scrapbooking Evolution, Part Two
Perhaps it's just because I realize how many pages I have to do, so I no longer spend as much time per page as I used to, but in the last couple of years, my pages have gotten much more simplified. The pictures have become more the focal point, and although there are a few embellishments, I'm more likely to use a simple spot color or bit of text instead.
The Scrapbooking Evolution
I feel like my scrapbooking style is always changing. These are all from 2010 - I'm using alot of embellishments and graphic elements.
